PT NISP SEKURITAS
PT NISP Sekuritas is a limited liability company domiciled in Jakarta, which was established under the name of PT Abadi Sekuritas Adimasa in 2000. On 6 March 2001 the name PT Abadi Sekuritas Adimasa was officially changed to PT NISP Sekuritas. Currently, Bank OCBC NISP owns a 45% stake in PT NISP Sekuritas, while the remaining shares are held by PT Dana Udaya Sentosa. PT NISP Sekuritas operates as a securities company, conducting equity brokerage, fund management and equity underwriting.
PT BANK OCBC INDONESIA
PT Bank OCBC Indonesia, previously known as PT Bank OCBC – NISP, is a joint-venture bank established by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore and PT Bank NISP Tbk, Indonesia and was incorporated on 4 July 1996. The Articles of Association were approved by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance on May 1996 and announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia on May 1997. The Bank obtained its business license to operate as a commercial bank from the Ministry of Finance on 10 March 1997 and started its banking operations on 7 April 1997.
On 6 March 2003, PT Bank OCBC – NISP was legally merged with PT Bank Keppel TatLee Buana.The change of name from PT Bank OCBC – NISP to PT Bank OCBC Indonesia was effected on 17 March 2003 following the approval by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights and Bank Indonesia. PT Bank OCBC – Indonesia is engaged in the commercial banking business focusing on deposits taking, trade finance, corporate lending, project financing, treasury and funds transfer.
