you could register Mobile OCBC NISP at ATM OCBC NISP, Internet Banking OCBC NISP or nearest OCBC NISP Branches.

Mobile OCBC NISP utilize web browser (mobile web) based application which can be directly accessed by customers via http://m.ocbcnisp.com through mobile phone browser or download at iStore*(for iPhone users) and BlackBerry App World (for Blackberry users).
 
Mobile OCBC NISP can be accessed via Smartphones such as Apple iPhone, Blackberry, or other mobile phones which are supported by certain browser and Java and also connected with GPRS, 3G or WiFi networks.
