By this award, Bank NISP has once again show to the public its capacity as a bank of chice with worl-class standards, recognized for its caring and trustworthiness.

Rounding out the line of accolades received in 2003, Bank NISP has been awarded one more title: "Best Managed Company, market cap < US$500 million", from the internationally respected Asiamoney Magazine. This is the third Asiamoney award for Bank NISP, following the “Best Domestic Bank" Award for two straight years, 2002 and 2003.

Bank NISP has received another international award: Best Emerging Market Bank in Indonesia 2004. This title is awarded by Global Finance, a world-class financial magazine with headquarters in New York. Global Finance picked banks from 73 emerging market countries based, among other things, on input from industry analysts, corporate executives and banking consultants. Adding to a string of international accolades, Bank NISP received one more title: “Best Bank in Indonesia” from Euromoney, a world class financial and business magazine, headquartered in London.The full results of the Euromoney “Awards for Excellence 2003” are published in the July edition of Euromoney.

In January 2003 Bank NISP was presented with an award from PT Bursa Efek Surabaya (the Surabaya Stock Exchange) as the most active “Over The Counter – Fixed Income Securities’ (OTC-FIS) participant in 2002.

In a repeat of last year’s success, Bank NISP has again won the award for “Best Domestic Commercial Bank” 2003 in Indonesia. This award was given by Asiamoney, a reputable financial magazine. In the May 2003 edition, Asiamoney highlighted Bank NISP’s resilience in weathering the difficult year 2002.

Bank NISP received the ‘Best Domestic Commercial Bank’ award from Asiamoney, a prominent financial magazine in the Asia Pacific region. This award is given on the basis of several criteria, such as a combination of balance sheet strength, return on assets and equity, product range, strategy, comparison with the competition, non-performing loan ratios, reputation and cleanliness. Bank NISP has won the 2001 Best Retail Bank for Indonesia by The Asian Banker-Singapore, a leading research and intelligence institution on the financial services industry in the region. In addition, Bank NISP has also won a 2001 Product and Service Excellence Award for its “Taka” long-term savings-cum-insurance product. The Asia’s Most Admired Companies (AMAC) 2001 survey, which is held annually by Asian Business magazine in November 2001 issue, covered 180 local, regional and multinational companies in 11 broad industry sectors.

Bank NISP received the Acceptable Corporate Governance award from the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX), based on assessments by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the National Committee of Corporate Governance.
