  • Indonesian citizen
  • Age 21 – 55 years old for employee and 21 – 70 years old for Entrepreneur/Professional
  • Having a fixed income
  • The collateral required is a property which is already 100% built and has a separate building right title with individual name on it (through the process of renaming)
