Effective on 1 March 2021, there is an additional requirement for Nyala Individu loyalty reward, as follow:

Program criteria:

  • Min. average combined balance starts from IDR25Million
  • Conduct min. 1x Payment / Purchase transaction in ONe Mobile
  • Min. accumulated nominal of Payment / Purchase transaction in ONe Mobile is IDR200k

For eligible customers, reward in form of cashback or cash rebate will be credited at the latest on Week + 4 of the next month with following criteria:

  • For Customers who have OCBC NISP Credit Card, cash rebate of IDR50k will be credited to OCBC NISP Credit Card. Credit Card priority for reward is Titanium Credit card, then Platinum Credit Card. Reward in Credit Card cannot be transferred or cashed to savings/current account.
