Great Optima Link Submission Requirements

  • Rupiah Currency
  • Minimum Premium of IDR 15 Million
  • Entry Age Insured : 14 days - 70 years (next birthday)
  • Entry Age for Policy Holder 18 - 80 years (next birthday)
  • Insurance Coverage Until the insured reaches the age of 99 years and as long as the policy is still active

Insurance product is provided by the Insurance Company, It is not a product of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. (“Bank OCBC NISP”) and Bank OCBC NISP is not an insurance agent or insurance broker of the Insurance Company.

The Insurance Company will take full responsibility over the insurance product and the content of the insurance policy published for such insurance product, so therefore Bank OCBC NISP will not be liable in any form for the insurance product and the content of insurance policy published for such insurance product.

The insurance product is not a saving product of the bank, thus is not included in the government guarantee program or Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.

Premium paid by the Policyholder are including cost of insurance, supplementary, fund management, bank commission and marketing staff commission.

The premium paid will be converted into a unit value chosen by the customer and developed according to the NAV.

Medical examination is required under certain conditions.

Withdrawals can be made but isn't recommended to be done at the beginning of the policy membership.

Protection purchases can be done by ONe Mobile, with following steps:

  1. Click 'Wealth Management' menu
  2. Click 'Insurance' menu
  3. Select the desired insurance products
  4. Read product information, then click 'Buy'
  5. Select the account that will be used
  6. Fill in the required data, then click 'next'
  7. Check the premium detail and confirm
  8. Fill in the Health Statement/Customer Statement, then click 'next'
  9. Check the transaction detail, then click 'next'
  10. Click 'Terms and Conditions', then click 'Confirm'
  11. Enter your transaction PIN or SMS Token, then click 'next'

The insurance premium payments will be done in autodebet periodically through OCBC NISP account according to the seleccted product.

You can complete the document claims listed on the policy. Then, contact the insurer directly or through Bank OCBC NISP branch who will forward the claim to the insurer.
