Supporting Data for SPT (Annual Tax Return) Report

Now, SPT reporting is easier with Supporting Data for SPT Report. The new service provided by Bank OCBC NISP effective as of January 2018 is a compilation/summary of all assets, loans, revenues from customers asset at Bank OCBC NISP, along with the amount of taxes.

The supporting data for SPT Report is designed for individual and business customers of Bank OCBC NISP as a reference to simplify the process of SPT report filling.

All products owned by the Customers which are summarized in the Supporting Data for SPT Report, available with data starting 2016 and can be displayed according to your needs, monthly or annual summary, including:
  • Savings products (Giro, Savings, Time Deposit) *
  • Wealth Management Products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Bancassurance)*
  • Loans (Credit Card, Home Loans, Business Loans, and others)

Bank Reference Letter is a statement issued by the Bank based on request from the customer.

This service is available at:
  • All OCBC NISP Bank branches
How to Apply:
  1. The customer submits a request for the issuance of a Bank Reference Letter in writing at the branch or through marketing that manages the customer's account
  2. Signed according to the specimen
Terms and Conditions:
  • General, for example: for the purposes of opening an account at another bank, continuing study abroad, etc.
  • Have a Savings and / or Current Account
  • Has been a customer of Bank OCBC NISP for at least 3 months
  • Precipitation is at least a minimum balance in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bank. If a customer has a Savings and Demand Deposit account, the two types of accounts may not balance below the minimum balance requirement
Fee:

Clients will be charged IDR50,000/sheet

Bank Comfort Letter released by the bank as requested for external auditors appointed by the client.

How to Apply:
  1. Customers make a written request for a Reference Letter from the bank or by Marketing who manage the client’s account
  2. Signature as on the specimen
Terms and Conditions:
  • Own a savings and/or giro account at OCBC NISP Bank which is active within 3 months and the balance meets the minimum requirement for both products. If the customer owns a loan, the customer must own an active savings or giro account and has a good record.
  • Include supporting documents related to project that is going to be joined such as Tender invitation.
  • The account is not blocked because of requests from authorized agencies.
Fee:

Clients will be charged IDR150,000/sheet

Safe Deposit Box or commonly known as SDB is a box leasing service for assets or securities specially designed to provide a sense of security and comfort for you.

Terms of Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Opening/Leasing
  • Fill out the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) application form
  • Attach proof of self-identity
  • Have a relationship account in the form of Savings/Giro Bank OCBC NISP
  • Provisions for new SDB leasing starting August 1, 2022: the average total fund under management (AUM) for the last 1 month is a minimum of IDR 100,000,000.
  • Provisions for the extension of the SDB Leasing Period which will mature on:
    • From August 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022: Tenants/Customers have an average total of managed funds/assets under management (AUM) for the last 1 month minimum of IDR 100,000,000.
    • Starting January 1, 2023: Tenants/Customers have an average total managed fund/asset under management (AUM) for the last 12 months a minimum of IDR 100,000,000,-

If the Tenant does not meet the requirements for the total managed fund/AUM, the applicable Leasing Price will be added with a penalty of 50% of the Leasing Price.

Additional provisions related to Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Leasing
  1. Leasing SDB for the first time, the rates and fees will be charged to the Tenant, consist of leasing fees, VAT and key security deposit, which will be debited from the Tenant's relation account.
  2. If there is an increase in the key security deposit, it is mandatory to add a maximum key security deposit during the next SDB renewal period.
  3. At the time of renewal, the rates and fees charged to the Tenant, consist of leasing fees, VAT, and fines (if any) which will be debited from the Tenant's relation account.
  4. Lease extension deadline of SDB (grace period) is 29 calendar days.
  5. If after the extension deadline, the Bank has not succeeded in making a debit from the Tenant's relation account, the Tenant will be subject to a penalty for late payment of SDB leasing:
    • Tenants who are late in making SDB Leasing Payments and will extend the Lease Period, the following conditions apply:

      1 – 29 days Free
      30 days – 89 days 10% x Leasing Fee 1 year
      90 days – 179 days 30% x Leasing Fee 1 year
      180 days – 364 days 80% x Leasing Fee 1 year
      365 days 100% x Leasing Fee 1 year
    • Tenants/Customers who are late in paying the SDB renewal fee and do not renew the lease period are subject to the following conditions:
      Delay Period Fine Fees
      1 – 29 days Free
      30 days – 89 days 30% x Leasing Fee 1 Year
      90 days – 179 days 60% x Leasing Fee 1 Year
      180 days – 365 days 100% x Leasing Fee 1 Year
    • Late fees are calculated starting from the last lease due date.
    • If the due date of SDB leasing is not on a business day, then the calculation of the penalty will start on the next working day.
    • Example: The customer is late in making the Leasing Payment for 1 year 4 months and will extend the SDB Lease Period, then the late penalty is 100% (365 days fine) + 30% (120 days fine) of the leasing fee for 1 year.
  6. In the event of an SDB demolition, the Tenant/Customer will be charged a dismantling fee of Rp. 600,000/SDB facility (effective 1 August 2022, dismantling fee of Rp. 1,000,000).
    All costs arising from the dismantling of the SDB are the responsibility of the Tenant/Customer and if there is no payment, the fee will be debited/repaid from the Key Security Deposit.

Safe Deposit Box Premier Banking

Safe Deposit Box Premier provides special rental fees to make it easier for Premier customers to store a variety of valuables safely.

  • All customers who rent Safe Deposit Boxes must have a related savings account or current account where the fund is debited from
  • All Safe Deposit Box rents/services work based on written applications made by customers by filling in and signing the Safe Deposit Box request form and Safe Deposit rental agreement
