IdeatiON is an annual competition by Bank OCBC NISP for Indonesian students who are ambitious and determined to ignite and express their original and finest ideas, in the hope to make Indonesia better by becoming more literate financially and ultimately achieve financial freedom.
Bank OCBC NISP believes that we must take active participation in encouraging better economic and financial quality in Indonesia and that we must start as early as possible.
Through IdeatiON participants will be able to grow and develop their ideas into a more comprehensive and effective solutions.

Virtual Road to IdeatiON (RIDE) 2021 is a series of virtual workshop where all the participants will be equipped with knowledge, information and tips and trick on how to participate in IdeatiON 2021. RIDE will be divided into 3 different virtual session with schedules:

01 Can participants submit solutions that have previously been competed?
No, solutions that have been competed before in other competitions, previous IdeatiON or other publications are not allowed to take part in IdeatiON 2021.
02 Is Virtual Road to IdeatiON 2021 mandatory?
The Virtual Road to IdeatiON 2021 event is not mandatory, however we strongly encourage all participants to join our Virtual Road to Ideation 2021 activities. Apart from getting more comprehensive information and knowledge about IdeatiON 2021, participants can also collect points to get Influencer Challenge prize.
03 What kind of solutions are you looking for?
We are looking for an original, effective, applicable and bring positive impact to Indonesian youth.
04 Where participants can submit their video link?
The form for participants to submit their video link will be given to them via email from our organizer, once the participant successfully registered their team.
05 Who are ‘children’ In the context of this competition?
We believe that learning about money and instilling responsibility towards financial management needs to be introduced as early as possible. Hence, we are looking at introducing financial literacy to children starting in the age between 4 – 10 years old.

2005–sekarang: Non-executive and Non-independent Director OCBC Bank Singapura
Saat ini menjabat berbagai posisi senior di asosiasi bisnis, universitas dan badan sosial pendidikan.
Mengikuti Program di berbagai universitas terkemuka, SESPIBI XVI (Sekolah Staff Pimpinan Bank Indonesia), dan program beasiswa bidang International Relations di International University of Japan, Jepang. Memperoleh gelar MBA di bidang Perbankan dari Golden Gate University, USA (1987) dan Bachelor di bidang Perbankan dan Keuangan dari San Francisco State University, USA (1985).
