PROGRAM PlusONe OCBC NISP

The PlusONe Program (“Program”) is a program where Bank OCBC NISP employees (“Employees”) can register a maximum of 1 (one) family member or relative (“Program Participant”) to enjoy various benefits designed for Bank OCBC NISP employees, such as:

  1. Savings product with special interest equivalent to counter rate deposit interest
  2. Get the multilevel benefits of NYALA service 100% free of charge with the following scheme:

Notes:

  1. The registration batch can increase according to the information listed on this page.
  2. The Program Benefits will be valid indefinitely unless Bank OCBC NISP terminates the Program or a request for termination of the Program by the Employee or Program Participant is made.

HOW TO APPLY TO THE PROGRAM?

  1. If the Program Participant is a new customer (New to Bank/NTB)
    1. Employees and Program Participants must become Bank OCBC NISP customers and activate the NYALA service.
    2. Employees can send a “Refer A Friend” link to Program Participants for the account opening process via ONe Mobile.
    3. The Refer A Friend link can be obtained by employees through ONe Mobile by:
      Login ONe Mobile → click the "Refer A Friend" menu on the homepage → click "Invite My Friend" → send/copy the link to Program Participants.
    4. Program participants access the link sent by the Employee and then follow the account opening process on ONe Mobile. IMPORTANT: when opening an account on ONe Mobile, make sure the Program Participants’ input:

      PROMO CODE = PLUSONE_EMPLOYEENIK

      Example: PLUSONE_12345.

    5. By entering the PROMO CODE, Program Participants are deemed to have agreed to follow the process applicable at the Bank and enjoy the benefits of the Program, including the process of changing the type of savings held by Program Participants into savings products (conventional) determined by the Bank.
    6. The Bank will validate the PROMO CODE at the end of the registration period. Suppose the Program Participant successfully registered in the PlusONe program. Then the Program Participant will receive a confirmation email from Bank OCBC NISP a maximum of 3 (three) working days after the registration period closes. Suppose the Program Participant has not received a confirmation email within the specified time. Then the Program Participant can contact Tanya OCBC NISP at 1500-999 or, if from abroad, call +62-21-26506300.
  2. If the Program Participant is already a customer of Bank OCBC NISP
    1. Employees and Program Participants must become Bank OCBC NISP customers and activate the NYALA service.
    2. Employees or Program Participants can register for the Program on the form below:

By filling the Program registration form above, Program Participants are deemed to have agreed to follow the process applicable at the Bank and enjoy the benefits of the Program, including the process of changing the type of savings held by Program Participants into (conventional) savings products determined by the Bank.
    4. The Bank will validate the data on the form at the end of the registration period. If the Program Participant successfully registered in the PlusONe program. Then the Program Participant will receive a confirmation email from Bank OCBC NISP a maximum of 3 (three) working days after the registration period closes. Suppose the Program Participant has not received a confirmation email within the specified time. Then the Program Participant can contact Tanya OCBC NISP at 1500-999 or, if from abroad, call +62-21-26506300.

HOW TO CHECK IF MY NYALA SERVICE IS ACTIVE?

OTHER CONDITIONS:

  1. Bank OCBC NISP reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the Program registration process if it is found that:
    • Employee NIK data used as PROMO CODE is incorrect.
    • Employees register more than 1 (one) Program Participant. If this happens, the Program Participant who is considered valid and can receive Program benefits is the first to be registered by the Employee.
    • Employees and Program Participants have not activated the NYALA service.
  2. The granting of benefits to Program Participants may be terminated by Bank OCBC NISP in the event of:
    • Bank OCBC NISP terminates the Program with prior notification to Program Participants through Bank OCBC NISP’s communication advice per applicable regulations.
    • Employees who register Program Participants resign from Bank OCBC NISP.
    • Employees file for deletion or change of name of Program Participant who has been registered with another customer’s name.
    • Program Participants apply for termination of Program benefits.
    • Employees or Program Participants submitting their Program termination application via Tanya OCBC NISP at 1500-999, or if you are from abroad, through +62-21-26506300.
    IMPORTANT REGARDING PROGRAM TERMINATION:
    • Program participants will be notified through communication facilities by Bank OCBC NISP before their termination of the Plus One Program benefits
    • Program Participants will have their Plus One Program benefits terminated 30 working days after the communication is given.
    • If the benefit termination occurs, the Bank will make several adjustments to the Program Participant. Such as changing the type of savings, charging applicable Service Fees and voiding other benefits related to the Program.
  3. If the Employee who registers the Program Participant has not been registered or has not activated Nyala, the Employee will be automatically enrolled into the Nyala service which applies to OCBC NISP employees.
  4. The PlusONe program is not valid for employees with Premier Banking or Private Banking services.

This Terms and Condition document of PlusONe Program is made in Indonesian language and can be translated into other languages. If there is a discrepancy in interpretation between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, the Indonesian text shall prevail.
