- The name of the owner of the initial deposit fund account must match the name registered in the OCBC system
- The E-Voucher is valid for the next 2 months after the BANK received unique codes for the voucher from PARTNER.

- Not valid for multiple transactions
- The PARTNER’s E-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash

- The BANK has the right not to process the awarding of Vouchers to customers who, based on OCBC's assessment, indicated fraud by opening an account and/or being included in the fraud list of BANK OCBC
