   Easy way to get Voyage Complimentary:

   • Transactions that are calculated are accumulated retail transactions (transactions made at offline or online merchants) per Billing Period (excluding fees, cash withdrawals or monthly installments) stated on the billing statement, with several choices of minimum transactions, namely Minimum Accumulation of IDR 40 Million, Minimum Accumulation of IDR 100 Million or Minimum Accumulation of IDR 300 Million and not apply for multipies.
   • Effective billing for July 2023, in addition to the transaction requirements, the customer must also have a total average combined balance (AUM) for the last 3 months of a minimum of IDR 500 million to be eligible to submit a Voyage Complimentary program claim. Customers who have Voyage Credit Cards for less than 3 months can still take part in the Voyage Complimentary program with the following conditions:
     1. The same month as the Card is approved (0th month) to the 3rd month, AUM will be calculated based on the position when the bill is printed for that month
     2. The 4th month after the Card is approved, AUM will be calculated based on the average of the 1st month, 2nd month and 3rd month AUM.

3. Flight Tickets:

   • Valid for Garuda Indonesia tickets in economy class
   • Seat selection is adjusted to airline availability
   • Tickets cannot be refunded, rescheduled, and cashed

   • Minimum reservation 14 days before departure date
   • Reservations can be made according to the availability of airplane tickets
   • The name of the passenger / reservation / owner of airlines miles must be the same as the cardholder's name

4. Train Ticket:

   • Valid at selected OCBC NISP Destinations, according to the transaction tiering package
   • Not valid on the following dates:
     • 17 – 20 August 2023
     • 28 September – 1 October 2023
     • 18 December 2023 – 2 January 2024
   • Valid for Train tickets in Executive class
   • Tickets cannot be refunded, rescheduled or cashed
   • The cancellation fee is borne by the customer
   • Requests submitted outside working hours will be processed on the next working day/hour
   • Seat selection is adjusted to the availability of KAI
   • Reservations can be made according to the availability of Train tickets
   • The name of the passenger / reservation must be the same as the name of the cardholder
   • All costs incurred beyond the basic ticket price will be the responsibility of the Customer

5. Tickets to Watch The Premiere XXI:

   • Valid throughout The Premiere XXI, according to transaction tiering packages
   • Customer must have M-Tix account. The mobile number registered in the M-Tix account must be the same as that registered in the OCBC NISP credit card system
   • Orders are made via M-Tix by entering the voucher code provided by OCBC NISP
   • All costs incurred beyond the basic ticket price will be the responsibility of the Customer

6. Bonus Voyage Miles

   Get bonus Voyage Miles up to 75,000 Voyage Miles. Voyage Miles can be exchanged for Airlines Miles (Krisflyer, Garuda Miles or Air Asia BIG Points).

7. Cash Rebates

   Cash Rebate of up to IDR 8 million will be credited to the OCBC NISP Voyage Premier Credit Card bill which will reduce the ongoing bill
