Hotel voucher is non- refundable
Customers can contact the hotel by phone / email listed on each voucher for the voucher exchange procedure. Voucher redemption must be made 7 (seven) days before the desired check-in date.
The confirmation of voucher exchange is in accordance with the room availability.
The voucher exchange confirmation can be changed a maximum of 1 (one) time up to 3 (days) before the desired check-in date.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption on blackout dates or to charge an additional fee.
