Drawing Terms and Conditions
- Winner will be chosen based on drawing process.
- Identity of the winner must be the same with the identity that stated on SIM Card.
- Customers can get a chance to win for one time only in every period
- Prizes specification such as shape, colors, and packaging are based on availability
- Undian Vaganza Berhadiah is not valid for Telkomsel employees.
- Tax and delivery fee will be borne by Telkomsel.
- Customers drawing coupons in 1 st period can be brought 2 nd period.
- Drawing mechanism is in Telkomsel authority.
Winner Terms and Conditions
Drawing event for 1 st period of Vaganza Berhadiah (August 15 th – September 14 th , 2020) will be held on Thursday, September 24 th , 2020 in Jakarta and 2 nd Periode ( September 15 th – October 14 th , 2020) on Monday, October 26 th , 2020 in front of representative of Social
Ministry, Social Services, Notary and Telkomsel Management
Prizes distribution mechanism for 1st period of Undian Vaganza Berhadiah Progam:
- The winner of Phone Balance that worth for IDR200.000,- will be directly sent to winner’s phone number and notifications message will be sent afterward
- The winner of Smartphone Samsung Galaxy A31 or 2 Gram of Gold (with Antam certificate) will be contacted directly by Telkomsel team for data validation, such as Name, Family Certificate Number, Delivery Address for prize delivery process.
- The winner of Honda Brio (car) or Honda Beat (motorcycle) will be contacted by Branch/GraPARI, for winner’s data validation, such as copy of ID Card, Family certificate (as requirements for making document such as STNK/BPKB), and winner’s address where winner’s domicile for prize delivery process that will be done by Branch/GraPARI.
- The winner of Honda Brio (car) or Honda Beat (motorcycle) must sign on Prize’s Minutes of Hand Over and take photo for documentary.
- If within 3x24 hours there is no confirmation from winner then prize will be given to Social Service’s Mechanism that applied.
Program Mechanism
- Customers will get notification message of total coupons on Undian Vaganza Berhadiafor every mobile quota package activation in ONe Mobile.
- Total coupons of Undian Vaganza Berhadiah will be adjusted with Telkomsel prepaid package that activated. (simPATI, kartuAs dan Loop)
- 1 st program period start from August 15 th , 2020 up to September 14 th , 2020
1 st drawing period will be held on September 24 th , 2020 (tentative)
2 nd program period start from September 15 th , 2020 up to October 14 th , 2020
2 nd drawing period will be held on October 26 th , 2020 (tentative)
- Winner will be announced on MyTelkomsel app, website telkomsel.com/undianvaganza,
and contacted by Telkomsel team.
- Prizes can’t be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to others.
