      1. Valid for OCBC NISP Voyage & Platinum credit cards.
      2. Valid for online & offline retail transactions worldwide which are not listed yet in the billing statement, with certain transaction amount, interest rate, and tenure.
      3. Use the latest version of ONe Mobile app and follow the simple steps:
         • Login with your User ID and Password
         • Select "Your Obligation"
         • Select the OCBC NISP credit card that you used
         • Select transaction to convert into installments
         • Select tenure & interest rate
         • Enter your ONe Mobile Transaction PIN
      4. Transaction will be converted into installments within 2 calendar days after request.
      5. The notification of installment status will be sent to your email

      3. Valid for transactions in selected categories as follows:
         1. Education: all transactions related to School/University, Courses, Training)
         2. Wedding: all transactions related to Wedding places (Restaurant/Hotel), wedding organizer, Wedding Portrait Studio/Bridal Salon)
         3. Health: all transactions related to Hospital/Clinic/Lab, Pharmacy/Drugstore, Doctor practitioners
         4. Automotive: all transactions related to car and motorcycle repair, service and accessories.
         5. Insurance: all transactions related to insurance product purchases.

      Send SMS to 6477 with the following format:

      Remarks:

   4. - Amount = amount of transaction to be converted into installments (example: 10000000 or 15000000 )
   5. - Tenure = period of installments in months, fill with number (example: 3, 6, & 12)
   6. - SMS fee refers to each telecommunication provider
   
   

   Other Terms & Conditions:

   1. The credit card must be active, not in arrears and the remaining available credit limit is sufficient
   2. Transactions that are counted in the program are all online and offline retail worldwide shopping transactions (transactions at merchant outlets) and recurring transactions that accept credit card payments
   3. Transactions not counted in this program are cash advance transactions, installment transactions and credit card fees & charges (annual fees, late fees, and other fees)
   4. Transactions that can be converted into installments are based on the transaction date and not entitle to get Poinseru or Voyage Miles.
   5. There is no maximum transaction limit for joining this installment conversion program as long as the remaining basic credit card limit including supplementary cards are still available and does not apply to credit cards with a temporary credit limit
   6. Submission of installments conversion need maximum of 5 (five) working days before the cycle date of credit card bills. The installment conversion process cannot be processed after the bill's print date (via Tanya 1500999 & SMS)
   7. Submission of installments conversion will be charged admin fee IDR 15,000/transaction & IDR 200,000/transaction for cancelation. All of fees will be billed to the customer's billing statement
