Terms and Conditions:
This program is only applied for selected customers.
Customer has to register and activate their ONe Mobile account.
Customers pay credit card bills (Titanium or Platinum Card) every month and will get cashback IDR 25,000
If a customer have pays credit card bills for 3 consecutive months, they are entitled for cashback IDR 25,000 every month (maximum cashback they can get is IDR 75,000)
Cashback is applicable to one customer for either Titanium or Platinum Credit Card per month.
Cashback will be credited to the credit card, no later than the following month from the month the customer pays the credit card bills.
Q&As:
If the customer pays their credit card bill via ONe Mobile in September, October and November, is the customer entitled to get cashback?
Yes. Cashback is valid for payment of the first credit card bill until September 30, 2021 and cashback will be sent until November 2021.
How much cashback does the customer receive, if the customer pays Credit Card bills via ONe Mobile in July and September only?
IDR 25,000 only. Cashback in September is not valid because bill payments must be made 3 months in a row.
Does the cashback apply to two cards if the customer pays the Credit Card bill for the Platinum Card and Titanium Card?
No. Cashback is only valid for one card per customer.
If the customer pays credit card bill for Platinum Card in August and Titanium Card in September, does the cashback apply?
Yes. Cashback is applied for either Platinum or Titanium Card.
Which credit card payment period meets the program criteria to receive IDR 75.000 cashback?
Payments that are done for 3 consecutive months, such as:
- July, August, September
- August, September, October
- September, October, November
