Jakarta, 9 November 2022 β Bank OCBC NISP and GE Healthcare Indonesia signed the Medical Device Financing Cooperation β Healthcare Financing Program to support the availability of adequate and affordable health services that are equally accessible to all Indonesians. Through this signing, Bank OCBC NISP has prepared a financing scheme for the purchase of medical devices for GE Healthcare business partners such as hospitals, distributors, channel partners and other key accounts.
Data from BPS shows that the health sector is a dominant driver of the national economy. In line with the increasing demand for health services, the government has included the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors as part of the priority sector in an effort to realize the Making Indonesia 4.0 program. This is stated in efforts to increase the competitiveness of the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors by encouraging the implementation of technology-based digital transformation.
For this reason, funding is important to realize this mission. Bank OCBC NISP through its financial solutions and beyond banking services can provide comprehensive financing, in order to help its partners including GE Healthcare Indonesia to be able to provide transformational medical technology and services.
